Workday’s Customer Success organization relied heavily on manual data gathering, and fragmented systems to deliver standard engagements creating high operational overhead and leaving customers without a persistent view of their entitlements, or strategic progress.
LPL Financial’s advisor experience was fragmented across feedback channels, request tracking tools, and notification systems. Advisors lacked visibility, service teams struggled to respond efficiently, and leadership had no unified view of sentiment or operational performance.
